I also love that they offer a two-story floor plan with a first-floor attached apartment that has its own entrance! I would call it a mother-in-law suite, but it also has its own kitchenette and washer/dryer. It’s absolutely amazing, and perfect for multi-generational families, or for those who want out of town guests to be able to stay over for lengthy periods of time.

There is another two-story floor plan that features the master suite on the main floor and the other bedrooms plus a huge loft upstairs. I think of it as the “adults downstairs, kids upstairs” house. The community offers something for everyone!

Remember, do not visit the new homes at Tramonte at Citrus Heights in Riverside a or any new construction communities without your real estate agent (me)!  If visiting a new construction community for the first time without your real estate agent, the builder will deny you your own representation altogether! This will inhibit your ability to negotiate and get the best deal and terms on your new purchase!
